BS EN ISO 9001, BS7858, BS7499 & BS7960

and that this commitment will be effectively communicated to all members of staff and personnel through an effective induction process, Head Office communications and through the verifiable process of internal audits.

 

ü  We will endeavour to continually improve the levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication with all of our clients.

 

ü  We will develop and promote a culture of continual assessment towards improved levels of service through our management systems.

 

ü  We will maintain a profitable operation to confirm our levels of competitiveness within the market..

 

ü  An ongoing process of assessment will be implemented to ensure the effectiveness of our management systems are continually reviewed at bi-annual management meetings.
