For online payments a refund can be given if we receive communication from our client regarding this.

Right to cancel payments
You will need to speak with your bank regarding cancellation of payments. Once you make the payment you are admitting liability regarding the debt.

UK and EU customers have the right to cancel payments under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Consumer Contract Regulations 2013”).
